It is offering 18,000 free tickets to more than 100 attractions on 27 March.
The application process will allow Kent residents to register for tickets via a ballot up until 1700 GMT on 8 March.
They will be asked to complete a sign-up form online with their five top choice destinations as well as an option for a lucky dip should the first five choices not be successful.
These requests will be entered into a ballot and ticket vouchers emailed to successful applicants ahead of the event.
